Firefly 2 portable vaporizer review

The Firefly 2 is new out for 2016 and has been gifted with a few improvements under the hood compared to its predecessor. The First and most apparent changes you will notice is the size and weight. The Firefly 2 has been slimmed down to make it a much sleeker and in my opinion also much more elegant to boot!

The Sales Pitch is that it is 33% smaller and 55% lighter than the original firefly, it measures in at 13 x 3.5 x 2.4cm, rocks an alloy shell and is much more pocket friendly than its older brother but still larger than most other portable Vapes such as the Haze V3 or Pax 2 Vaporizer however the Firefly 2 has some other winning features to make a compromise much easier.

The performance of the Firefly 2 doesn’t disappoint, this vape is truly what you can class as on demand vaporizer, heating up and ready to rock in as little as 3 seconds!!! With 5 different heat setting for your herbs and 1 for concentrates.
Another great feature that stands out from the rest is that the Firefly 2 only heats when you draw on it, helping you preserve you herbs and battery life making for a much more efficient device. And guess what an android/apple App is now also available for it! You can change your settings and check your battery life on your phone once you have paired it through Bluetooth.

The Quality of the vapour is really great as the Firefly 2 has had its airflow vastly improved and rocks a borosilicate glass bowl keeping your mix fresh and clean.
Last and not least the battery has been revamped since the original unit was plagued with a poor battery. The new battery in this will give around 5-6 bowls before its flat and takes about 1 hour to recharge… More great news is that just like the Haze V3 the Firefly 2 Comes with a spare battery as standard!!
